BaseCounter

Introduction

This tool will generate Base count based on a bam file and a refflat file

-l | --log_level Log level -h | --help Print usage -v | --version Print version -r | --refFlat refFlat file. Mandatory -o | --outputDir Output directory. Mandatory -b | --bam Bam file. Mandatory -p | --prefix
